All jewelry is crafted with certified gold, diamonds, and gemstones, as per industry standards. Slight variations in weight, size, and design may occur due to manual craftsmanship. Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in gold, diamond, and gemstone market rates.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after receipt of full payment or as per agreed installment terms. Accepted payment methods include: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, and approved. Digital Wallets. Evique Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway issues or bank processes.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines vary depending on product availability and customization requests. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase. Evique Jewels is not liable for delays caused by courier/logistics partners once dispatched.

5. Exchange & Buy Back

All purchases are covered under our official Exchange & Buy Back Policy. Original invoice and certificate must be presented for any exchange or buy-back.

6. Customization & Repairs

Customized or engraved jewelry orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Repairs and alterations will be charged additionally, depending on the nature of the work.

7. Warranty

Evique Jewels provides a lifetime service warranty on cleaning and polishing of jewelry. Warranty does not cover loss, theft, misuse, or damage caused by third-party repairs.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, photographs, and content on our platforms are the intellectual property of Evique Jewels. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability

Evique Jewels is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the value of the jewelry purchased.

10. Governing Law

All transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
