1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India (domestic orders). For international shipping, please contact our support team to confirm availability and charges before placing an order.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Custom-made or Personalized jewellery may take 7–14 business days, depending on the design.
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard Shipping (within India): 5–7 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and unforeseen courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ■X, XXX. A nominal charge of ■XXX is applicable for orders below the free shipping threshold. Express shipping charges (if opted) will be calculated at checkout.
5. Packaging & Security
Every product is securely packed in tamper-proof packaging. All shipments are fully insured until delivered to your doorstep.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.
7. Delays & Exceptions
Evique Jewels is not responsible for shipping delays due to natural calamities, strikes, holidays, or courier partner issues. Remote area deliveries may take longer than the standard timeline.
8. International Shipping (if applicable)
Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer as per the laws of the destination country. Evique Jewels will not be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
