Return & Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Cancellations can be made via your online account or by contacting our support team.

After Shipping: Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been shipped. If unwanted, items can be returned or exchanged as per policy.

2. Return Eligibility

Return Window: You may initiate a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, labels, and protective materials intact. Jewelry must be returned in its original protective pouch or box.

Non‑Returnable Items: Personalized or engraved pieces, custom-designed or modified items, items showing wear, damage, alteration, or missing components. Shipping costs and insurance are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange Period: Exchanges can be made within 10 days of delivery.

How It Works: Indicate your exchange request through your online account or email us at support@eviquejewels.com. For an item of equal or lesser value, we’ll ship your new item once the returned piece passes inspection. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference will be collected prior to shipping.

4. Refunds

Inspection & Processing: All returns undergo a quality check. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Provide photos and a brief description of the issue.

We will arrange for a free return pickup, and offer either a replacement or a full refund—your choice.

6. How to Process a Return or Exchange
  1. Log in to your account and navigate to your Order History.
  2. Click “Return/Exchange” next to the relevant order.
  3. Choose whether you’d like to return or exchange, and complete the requested details.
  4. Print the pre-paid return label included in your account or confirmation email.
  5. Package the item securely and ship it back to us.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the refund or send your exchanged item.
7. Policy Notations

Policy effective as of September 2025.

Evique Jewels reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate this policy at any time. The current policy always applies to orders placed after its publication.
