1. Exchange Policy

Jewelry can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase at 100% of the invoice value, provided the piece is unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original bill & certificate.

After 15 days, jewelry can be exchanged at 100% of the prevailing market value of gold/diamond (after purity & weight check), with deduction of making charges & GST. Customized, engraved, or specially ordered pieces are not eligible for exchange.

2. Buy Back Policy

We offer a lifetime buy-back guarantee on all Evique Jewels products. Gold Jewelry: 100% value of gold based on the current market rate, after purity check. Deduction: Making charges, wastage & GST are non-refundable.

Diamond Jewelry: 100% of the prevailing gold value + 85% of the diamond value as per current market rate.

Gemstone Jewelry: Buy-back will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

3. Conditions

Original bill/invoice and authenticity certificate must be presented. Worn, damaged, or altered jewelry (by third parties) will not be accepted under this policy. Shipping & handling costs (if any) will be borne by the customer.
